BOY!!!! We are proud to announce that we will be welcoming a baby boy into the family this November. We were always thinking it was a boy and we are excited that we were right. Lance was as happy as I have ever seen him. The rest of the ultrasound went well. The only issue that the doctor saw was that the kidneys are dialated. Its not a major concern and usually corrects itself. We will go back for an ultrasound at 26 weeks to see if it has improved. I asked about not gaining weight and the doctor reassured me that he isn't concerned because the baby is growing on schedule and is not small. He weighs a whole 11 ounces right now :).
We went and updated our registry and added a bunch of boy stuff. We are so excited to see what kind of good stuff we will get at our baby shower on the 24th of this month.
We did some shopping today and Lance happily purchased the first outfit. He got a Jordan jersey onesie, a hat, and socks. We also went to Big Wheels and Butterflies and got some nice warm sleepers. We had a lot of fun shopping and dreaming of our son.
We are so blessed to have a wonderful healthy baby boy growing. I can't wait till November
