Yesterday after I got home from work my husband asked if I wanted to go to the outside mall. Of course I said yes, it was gorgeous outside and who says no to shopping when your husband and is offering? So we walked around hand in hand throughout the mall.I didn't have anything in particular I was shopping for but my husband did......he wanted to go into every baby store there was and so that is what we did. I havent allowed myself to shop for the baby or even look at baby stuff since our last miscarriage so this was so refreshing but scary. He was drawn to all the little boy stuff that had baseballs on it and said daddy's little allstar....i of course was dragging him to the other side to look at all the cute dresses! He even had me looking at maternity clothes at Gap Baby. I told him I wouldn't buy anything just yet...even though my pants don't fit so great. I am just not prepared for that. As we were walking from one store to the next I couldn't help but smile. This is the life, I am carrying my husbands baby and enjoying every moment. After we finished at the outside mall Lance asked which Target I thought was closer. I said the one on Center and so off he drove. I silently wondered what he wanted to look at....you guessed it. Baby stuff. He wanted to look at cribs. I had commented that if it is a girl I want a white crib. I have always wanted a white crib so he wanted to go look at them.
After Target we went home and cuddled because of course I was sick. He takes such great care of me and is always worrying how I am. How can I not love this man. He made my night. Life is good and I hope it continues to be this good!
